Dr. Maria C. Galdiano, DMD
General, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry
Dr. Maria C. Galdiano has been in private practice in Oceanside for over 27 years. She graduated from the University of the Philippines-Manila College of Dentistry and further pursued her education at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry with Post Graduate training in Advanced Dental Esthetics. She also attended a 2-year Orthodontic Program in Straight Wire Orthodontics and two mini-residencies in Implant Dentistry at the Nobel Biocare Implant Institute and the Ladera Ranch Implant Institute. She is a former faculty member of the University of the Philippines-Manila College of Dentistry from 1983 to 1985.
She is the former president of the San Diego Filipino Dental Association. She loves to go and help international dental missions through the association. Dr. Maria C Galdiano is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, as well as the San Diego County Dental Society.
She loves Endodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Galdiano is a long time resident of Carlsbad, California. When she isn’t creating beautiful smiles, she loves to read, dance, travel, and spend time with her family. She is also a self-confessed foodie.
Carmina
Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Carmina has been a part of the Galdiano Dentistry Team since 2005. Carmina ensures every patient’s visit goes as planned, proceeding smoothly and efficiently. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Tagalog. Patients love her for being very warm, concerned, and always available to reach regarding any questions about dental treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and traveling to new and interesting places.
Taylor
Scheduling Coordinator
Taylor is the welcoming face of our office and will be the first person to greet you. She graduated from Palomar College with dental assisting program in June 2021. Her experience in customer service and satisfaction ensures that patients have a positive experience in our office. She is passionate about getting and keeping patients healthy and happy.
When she’s not at work, Taylor loves spending time at the dog park or dog beach with her puppy Prince T’Challa! Otherwise, she’s exploring new areas around San Diego, trying new foods, or sightseeing with her boyfriend.
Carlo
Admin Assistant
Carlo has worked with Dr. Galdiano for 6 years. He strives to make his patients feel as welcomed as possible so that they can leave feeling great about their visit. Out of the office, Carlo spends his time reading, spending time with friends and family, and attending Taekwando lessons.
Veronica
Registered Dental Assistant
Veronica joined our Galdiano Dentistry in 2002. She helps our doctor perform quality dentistry and enjoys providing patients with the best care possible. She ensures each patient has the best dental experience. She loves seeing their smile transformations and knowing that our team made a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling with her family.
Desiree
Dental Assistant
Desiree is an Oceanside local with a drive to provide exceptional customer service. She Is always approachable in answering questions regarding insurance benefits, treatment plans, and financing options. Desiree is happy to have found an amazing office to grow and expand her knowledge in the dental field.
Outside of work, Desiree loves traveling, cooking, and spending time with her dog Otis and trying different food places!
Elisha
Dental Assistant
Elisha Castro is the newest member in our team. She graduated from UEI College with a dental assisting program in October 2024.
At our dental office, you’ll see Elisha taking patients’ x-rays, preparing rooms, and providing an extra hand for our dental staff. Her diligence ensures a smooth and safe experience for our patients.
Outside of our office, Elisha enjoys riding her bike to the beach, spending time with her pets, and settling in to read a good book.
